Since its founding in North Bay, Ontario in 1987 as a property development and design build company, we have been dedicated to excellence in management and construction. In 2001 with a proven track record and client satisfaction which spanned 24 years, the company expanded to meet growing demands of the markets.
With a new name and division called Descon Construction Ltd, with the same proven management leadership. Our valued individual successful projects over the years have ranged up to 4 million, with current bonding ability which now spans over 10 million.
